All orders are shipped using Australia Post and dispatched from Sydney, NSW.

Order processing times

  • Orders placed before 12:00pm AEST (Sydney time) on business days are generally processed the same day.
  • Orders placed after 12:00pm, on weekends, or on public holidays are usually processed the next business day.
  • Delivery time begins once your order has been processed and is ready for dispatch.

Australian shipping rates

  • Free standard shipping on Australian orders over $200.
  • $12.95 standard shipping on Australian orders under $200 (added at checkout).

Major city & metro areas

  • Typical delivery time is 1–6 business days after dispatch.
  • Larger parcels may require an extra 1–2 business days.
  • If no one is available to accept delivery, Australia Post may attempt re-delivery or notify you to collect from a local depot.

Rural areas

  • Parcels under 2kg are usually delivered within 3–6 business days after dispatch.
  • Larger parcels may take an additional 1–2 business days.
  • Missed deliveries may be redirected to your nearest Australia Post depot.

P.O. Box, G.P.O. Box & Parcel Collect

Orders addressed to P.O. Boxes, G.P.O. Boxes, or Parcel Collect locations are delivered via Australia Post. Extra delivery time may apply.

International shipping

  • AU$12.95 for international orders weighing up to 399g.
  • AU$22.95 for international orders weighing 400g or more.
  • International delivery usually takes 6–30 business days after dispatch.
  • If delivery cannot be completed, the parcel may be redirected to a local delivery depot.

Tracking your order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details. Tracking updates may not appear until later in the evening if the tracking number is issued before 6:00pm AEST.
